Bill Kropp is a CPA and the Managing Partner of KBI Consulting. He has 20 years of experience preparing and advising on tax filings for individuals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Bill started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he handled complex federal and state returns and tax consulting projects for private companies, and later worked in PwC’s Real Estate Advisory group. He also served as Senior Director of Real Estate FP&A at Spirit Halloween and Spencer Gifts before moving into his current role full-time. Bill launched KBI Consulting a few years ago to offer clear, responsive support to clients who need both reliable tax preparation and practical answers to ongoing financial questions. He graduated from The College of New Jersey, holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School and a Graduate Taxation certificate from Seton Hall University.
